PRIVATE TUITION IN FUSED GLASS
In this 2 hour session we will introduce you to the various techniques involved in creating fused glass pieces and guide you through the fundamentals of glass cutting, assembly, creating samples for a tack fuse and full fuse. Layering glass to give different effects and kiln firing.
You will have the opportunity to create your own designs in glass.
No previous glass experience is required. This is a great introduction for beginners or artists working in other mediums to experiment with this art form.
Because of the very nature of glass heating & cooling you will not be able to take any pieces home the same week that you make them, instead they will be fired & cooled & prepared for you to pick up the following week. We will contact you when your pieces are ready.

What to wear…..
This isn’t a messy craft so casual clothes are fine. please tie long hair back and remove jewellery as some machinery will be used.
