Create a creatively awesome piece of glass in the comfort of your own home.
This may be for yourself to spend time to wind down and relax or maybe you’d like to get a few packs and do them with friends or family, for a birthday party or gathering.
Our craft packs come beautifully wrapped so they are great to give as a gift.
These square shaped piece looks amazing when hung in a window, or anywhere that light can shine through them (we can create the loop during the firing process so that you can hang it up, just let us know on your form if you’d like a hook and where it should be positioned). It also looks great mounted in a box frame, choose this option to add a box frame (18cm x 18cm) to your order, we’ll mount it for you after we have fired it.
It’s suitable for both children and adults to do as the glass is pre-softened so it’s suitable for all ages to handle.
Collect from our centre in Ware, or you can choose to have the pack sent to you by post (the cost of postage also covers the return of your item to us and then sending you the finished piece)
Inside your pack is a selection of different coloured glass, a clear square glass base shape (approx 9cm wide x 9cm high), tweezers to help you position the smaller pieces of glass and glue to stick your colourful glass pieces onto the clear base.
We include lots of different pieces of coloured glass that come in all different shapes and sizes, thin rods and granular glass called frit, which is a bit like adding glitter to your piece. See what designs and patterns you can create with the the variety of pieces in your pack!
Your pack includes full instructions on how to create your design at home.
When you have finished your piece and the glue is dry, you can wrap it up, put in the box provided and return it back to us to be fired in our kiln.
Your fired piece will be ready 14 days after we receive it – we will contact you to advise when your piece is ready.
If you’d prefer to have it posted to you, we will include a return postage prepaid envelope so you can send it back to us. Once fired we will post it back to you. Please tick the delivery box to add this payment option to your order.
